Joe has been in the culinary food service business for over 35 years.
He started his first job in the industry as a bus boy, dishwasher and later moved up to preparation and eventually cooking. His formal training began at the University of Pennsylvania in the Culinary Arts. It was there where he gathered a deep understanding for the food service business. But the most education he received, was working among talented chefs and hands-on operation. Presently, he works for The Culinart Group as executive chef for Springton Lake Village, a retirement community which offers quality dinners for the residence.
Crabby Joey’s LLC specializes in quality crab cakes, appetizers and crab stuffed seafood items, house made soups and a variety of dipping sauces. All products are fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Handling and heating instruction are provided. All products will be available at the Artisan Exchange Market.
